ULD 1700 speed problem

hey guys need your help please help me out. I am living in Bangalore area.I am on uld 1700 plan of bsnl for 6 months now (40 gb at 2mbps)but i came to know that bsnl has upgraded the plan to 4 Mbps till 100gb effective from feb.but the problem is that i am still getting the 2 Mbps speed .please tell me what to do....
 
call BSNL and ask them about this issue.
 
This plan is not available in certain circles. Check with your local BSNL office if its available. Another user on this forum changed his plan to 1700 ULD but got to know that the speed increase was not there in his circle. I think he was from Karnataka...
