even I am having this weird problem from last 5 days.Twitter is working fine on Airtel, or even from a proxy websites but not opening at all on Reliance. 😕I can't even play counter strike with reliance as I am now getting 300 pings on all Indian servers.

For about three months I used Reliance .. I had to assume Twitter was dead.

Same here. Twitter is almost dead (not accessible) for me on my Reliance. But I'm not complaining as I've stopped "tweeting" 😕

On my 1 mbps plan which is 1.5 mbps after 10 pm twitter is accessible after 10 pm. No doubt the blocking of twitter during the day is quite deliberate. Anyone know any proxy sites that fully support twitter. Most of the sites I use don't load the full page.

Hi,I have a reliance broadband wired line at home. There are times during the day twitter just stops to work. I can ping twitter.com just fine from the terminal. Any suggestions?

Every time reliance has a problem with twitter. Reliance is concentrating on being blue and personally taking interest in Anuska Sharma and forgetting their customers from whom they are actually earning.
Twitter website route is through reliance server starting from 115.XXX.XXX.XXX whose ISP is reliance or regional ISP which buys bandwidth from Reliance. Reliance server 115.XXX.XXX.XXX always creates problem.

Use hotspot shield to have access of Twitter during down time offered from Reliance.

I'm unable to access http://twitter.com, t.co / Twitter and http://tweetdeck.com since a year on my Reliance Broadband (ADSL). All other sites are opening fine. I just neglected it until now but now it's bothering me. I've already escalated the issue, but it's been a week and I haven't yet heard back from Mr. ADA's office.

Surprisingly, I'm able to ping twitter.com, but traceroute tells a different story:

Now as the title suggests, my question is: How many of you are able to access twitter.com on your Reliance broadband connection?
Am I the only one who's facing this issue? I'm able to access twitter.com via VPN, but that's not an economical solution.
Please reply. Also mention the type of connection (ADSL/MEN) that you're on.
