Twitter blocked on Beam Fiber Broadband?

Twitter works just fine on Beam. They don't block anything.

Same problem for me....My twitter account does not work if I use PPPoE but works fine with DHCP....Also it is unable to resolve tiny urls...I am using D-Link router D-Link 600L
