Well if i stay in your company for any longer i will be.😛

there are very few app's that ctually use qos .. Applications like automatic updates can reserver 20% *max* bandwith via qos only when they are being run by user it isnt like windows will always block 20% bandwith for it to use .. So if now qos aware applications is running then no bandwith is reserved . M$ is not that stupid to block 20% bandwith always . You can do any speed test u want to do before and after that setting . There will be no difference in speed

this qos thing is just a myth

THE TRUTH:

Microsoft does NOT reserve NOR use ANY amount/percentage of your bandwidth for the QoS Packet Scheduler, UNLESS this service is actively transmitting/receiving ANY data/packets between your computer and the internet/network.
Therefore this is NOT a \"bug\" and its so called \"fix\" above is NOT necessary!

Ppl seem to see a psychological boost of speed, thats all. In real terms, turn off automatic update service. And then u see no difference of enabling/disabling QoS under 99% of circumstances.
