triband misuse

Hi,The MTNL guy came & installed triband connection on 21 Jan 06. Whereas when I called up 1504, they told me my a/c is being used from 14 Jan 06. Also I checked session history there was a use on 10 mb during the period 14 to 21 jan.I wud like to know was my triband used / misused by someone or MTNL guys. How was it possible cause the connection itself was given on 21st jan.How can I prevent this in future? I keep my router off when not in use.The website also does not show correct reading/usage. I should be getting 204 MB to use for 17 days (per day 12mb) But site shows total 400 Mb. Also 1504 helpline is useless. The too say u get 400mb.pls guide.

Also chnage the router password (admin/admin)
and
your DSL login password which is your CA # by default
 
Net Freak.....plz give ur Phone No. & CA No. na....I'll misuse it......ha ha... 😛 . Now u can guess wht mite have happened. Don't worry sum1 mite have just obtained ur Phone No. & CA No. (which is eventually d default password). Just go 2 d triband site...change ur password & then do not forget 2 change d password in ur modem by logging on 2 http://192.168.1.1 .
