NEW DELHI: India's telecom regulator Thursday proposed a license fee of 8% on adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for internet service providers (ISPs), where all types of revenue from Internet services minus pass through charges and taxes will be included for calculating a year's sales.

I think we should go back to 56k. I am unable to understand the mindset of these people who are hellbent on destroying internet in India.
