TRAI issues new guidelines for telcos on recharge vouchers of 30-day validity

i am guessing this would end up with tdsat as well. 😕
 
But all months does not have 30 days. It would be complicated, though not difficult as Postpaid are already doing it.
 
they already do it for landlines. sure feb month would result in fewer days for the consumer. but having a fixed date for recharge would be fine by most folks i imagine. unless of course these telecom companies launch overpriced plans to make a mockery of this directive.
 
It'll be priced in the sense they might avoid the per day GB concept altogether and give a fixed amount of data upfront for the entire 30 days. Similar to the postpaid concept, but of course cheaper than postpaid.
 
some of us would love to get back to these kind of plans! though i suppose i am kind of on a similar plan by going for the cheaper annual recharge.
