Tp-Link Archer C6 V2 queries

Hey guys,I ordered c6 V2 from Amazon.
And I am suspicious that I am going to get low transmission power of -23 dBm instead of -11dBm.Can someone clarify the transmission rules and details of the router.
Also,please help me to differentiate between C6 and A6.

FYI, the value of -11 is HIGHER than -20 so you have it backwards.

OpenWRT does [Info] Limiting Download Speed based on MAC

But default firmware doesn't appear to have such option Opening...

You guys would have to teach me how to install OpenWRT, I am an absolute noob.
