Toyota corolla wheel bearing and tyres replacement cost

For last few days my car is making humming sound when over 60kmph .. I guess it is cos wheel bearing need replacement ..
Should I get them changed from toyota service center or from some local but good mechanic ..
Also tyres need to be changed .. as they have almost worn out now .. cos of which wheel balancing has got effected and I am getting lots of vibration over 100kmph ....
So basically I am driving the car within 60-80kmph range ..
Any idea how much will these both things cost me? Will the old tyres fetch me any money while getting them replaced with new ones?
The model I have is Corolla h4 1.8G
 
New tires will cost around 15-20k for a new set of 4 or if you want you can get little used ones for around 1k each.
 
Yeah just got the quote its around 27k for 5 tyres .. Michelin tubeless
As for replacement I need to find some local dealer who can less some amount in lieu of older tyres ..
Any idea abt the cost of wheel bearing replacement?
