Hey Guys hope you are all doing well.
So I am having an issue while downloading torrents suddenly out of nowhere.
Just the day before I was downloading like 5-6 torrents at the same time with around 500 connections permitted in Utorrent.
Suddenly today when I open up utorrent and when I try to download anything, the internet connection goes down, sort of the router gets glitched or something.
Now after seeing suggestions, I made the following few changes in the torrent client-
1- turning off DHT
2- decreasing number of total connections to 10 and per torrent to 5
It gives good speed for like 1 min or so and then again continues to show the same behavior of the internet connection going down and then coming back up within 10-15 seconds or so.
My question is how is it possible for this to happen suddenly if its a router issue ? Cos if the router cannot handle this many connections this should have happened earlier.
I was downloading a torrent from a private tracker earlier if this information helps.
