Torrent Speed

Have you guys experiencing any issues with torrents lately?
Forget the peering, I'm not even getting plan speed (10mbps) in torrents...

Would be helpful if you could tell the name of your ISP, plan etc.

Railwire is my ISP, I think it's obvious since this is Railwire thread... Right?
Plan is 1437₹, 10mbps till 110gb then 1mbps.
From yesterday I'm not getting good speed in torrents even in good seeded ones, previously I used to get peering in almost every torrent but now it's like totally gone

@deepakjgb Sorry I forgot to notice that. Well what speeds are you getting? Maybe they are dropping torrent packets or just removed their caching software? Torrent caches usually work poorly IMO so maybe they decided to scrap them. Try enforcing encryption or a VPN if you suspect they are dropping P2P traffic.
