I am using Tata Photon Plus dongle. While downloading torrents, the status is stuck at Connecting to Peers.
These are very active torrents with a high seed/peer count.
I believe my ISP is blocking P2P download.
Anyone has any clue regarding this? If yes, can anyone provide a workaround?
