It is a just a promotional post-FUP speed increase being offered by BSNL for now. i.e for Eg. 675 plan having 4 Mbps speed till 10 GB, after that the post-FUP speed becomes 2 Mbps. But for this month the pre-FUP speed of 4 Mbps is being offered at no cost after we cross 10 GB.
