Tikona internet connection in Kanpur

I want to take a internet connection of tikona in Kanpur .It will probability be a point to point connection (they will install a box on the trice for connection )not a cable .1) I want to know the quality of service I will get in the same.2) will the internet connection break frequently ??? Like how many times in 24hrs ?3) will the speed will be continues ?Thanks in advancePlease reply soon...
 
I heard it from a friend that its not as good as it sounds, it has a lot of problems with frequent disconnections.
