Thinking of getting a prepaid connection.

Hmm..256kbps rs.1764/month (i think)..bit expensive..but unlimited..Do you guys think its worth it? They distributed leaflets saying Free installtion in my building...Thing i like about VSNL is latencies..so much better than Reliance..I guess VSNL is high quality..hence a premium is charged..Anyway shud i go for it..bit confused..

from a purely "cheeky" point of view.Go for it. Then buy a 64kbps prepaid card if you can for the next month. and see what you get.It works for postpaid users. Dunno about prepaid peeps.

Vsnl have laid cables in my area too. Don't think they're gonna get too many subscribers unless they can match the rates other isp's are offering. But i do agree Airtel sucks as far as latencies go. Even MTNL was much better in this respect.
