was thinking of shifting from hotwire to exatt... anyway, hoping there would be an AUP at their website, went to exatt.com and started looking.
instead, the FAQ said this, in "why and what is broadband"
"Your internet access is always on, like electricity or tap water "
hmm... so now we know why things are so fucked up...
especially since despite paying government (and private) tax, drinking (unboiled/unfiltered/un-whatever'd) tap water is the quickest way to kick one's immune system in the balls...
