The How to of "Internet Load Balancing" using Two or More Internet Connections in a single setup

Hardware Used:Linksys RV042 Router with 2 WAN Ports Features Available on the Router:Load Balancing. My Setup:WAN 1 is connected to 1Mbps Unlimited broadband plan 2 PCS connected to Individual Ports of the Router. Usage:General Browsing, Email, etc...Torrent Downloads. Issue:The 1Mbps speed offered is less for me and I was looking to add another 1Mbps Speed. Question:At Present When I download 2 torrent files from a single PC the download speed per file is 512Kbps i.e the total download speed comes to 1Mbps. My question is, With 2 Internet Connecitons installed and the Load balancing Feature activated will these two files if downloaded seperately from two pcs download @ 1Mbps each? I am aware that by adding the two internet plans the download speed will not double to 2Mbps. Any Alternative methods / hardware to ensure that the 2 files are downloading @ 1Mbps each.
