reshoot the movie - way too expensive and tbh pointless
scrap it - would be injustice to the staff that worked hard on it
release it directly on HBOMax - probably the best option
there is one more option - release it but don't include Ezra anywhere in the promotions and add a scene/plot device where they end up getting a different flash - maybe don't even hire anyone...just give a hint that the ezra is not the flash anymore. - movie will tank big time and WB will lose a lot of credibility though
