That "warn" Thingy

Curiously, I noticed that all my posts have a small progress bar at the bottom left with the legend "warn 0%". Now i checked. I noticed that very few, if at all, posts by others seem to have it. Maybe it shows my lack of forum experience, but what is this? and why "only" on my posts? 😱
 
the warning percentage (if any) is shown to concerned member only .I cannot see your warning level and you cannot see my warning level .on clicking the warning percentage , we can see the reason(s) for thewarning . This is a feature maintained by moderators of a forums site .
