Its a very good that Tata Sky is providing Temporary service suspension free of cost once in a year. But the rule is very typical that the request must cross 365 days. Suppose I plan my leave every year between 05 to 20th of may . So I can not request it on 5th may of next year, as they consider 365 days after completion of previous request and I can avail this facility only after 20th of next month. That means i have to plan my leave as per their rule after 365 days. they should consider the matter and edit the rule that the period must be calculated from 5th of may not from 20th of may next year. We can not get leaves as per TATA Sky plans. The rule and term should be once in a year (i.e. from Jan 1st to Dec 31st any time ). Because as per their present rule I am able to get this facility only after two years not every year.
