Temporary hold of Excitel connection

Pls let me know if it is possible to temporary hold the excitel connection ( for around 5 months).

Jio Fiber is starting it's service so would like to test it for few months. Don't want to pay for excitel during this period.

ACT has something called vacation time where you can pause the connection for few days. but it only works from 1st of each month and its one month long minimum, which is idiotic

however I once paused it for 10 days and got charged on pro rata basis for remaining 21 days

excitel has reactivation fees now? i do remember that they had added it sometime in the past.

I tried contacting Excitel, but could not get through customer care.

Ask them about the wire. I hope they or LCO doesn't cut the wire.

Would depend upon the lco I guess. Excitel probably can't guarantee anything.
