ok so now i am on the pc i can write a bit more. several isps in india have been blocking web.telegram.org for a while now. this is kind of absurd especially consider how many state governments are actually started using telegram to offer news and information and even bots.

first thing to try is to directly load the url on https. some isps are only blocking the http link which does not redirect properly to https.
the other option sadly is to use the desktop app with a proxy. there are many free ones that usually works fine. if you want something stable, pm me and i would provide the link to my own.
