NEW DELHI: The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (Tdsat) has directed MSM Discovery, distributor of broadcasters Sony and Discovery, to provide channels on a la carte basis to Sun Direct within two days from 22 October.
The Tdsat bench, headed by Justice Arun Kumar, said that the DTH operator is entitled to pick any channel from the MSM Discovery bouquet and pay in accordance with their reference interconnect offer (RIO).
MSM Discovery distributes Animal Planet, AXN, Discovery Channel, Discovery Travel and Living, MTV India, Sab, Sony Entertainment, Max, Pix, Aaj Tak, Headlines Today and others.
The dispute between Sun Direct and MSM Discovery arose six months back when Max was exclusively telecasting IPL cricket matches.

Good news.so today is the last day for MSM to provide its channel to sun direct:thumbsup:
 
If it happens then sun direct should add new packages on Diwali and atleast make some customers happy.
 
what happened to MSM Discovery channel.Today is 26th of October.Still there is no info about this channel??:S According to TDSAT MSM channels should be made available to sun direct on 24th.2 days already left.what SD is thinking?2morrow is Diwali still there is no new channels:wall::madness:

i think all r busy with diwali celebrations.....after diwali they add channels i think so
 
This diwali ,not even 1 DTH have added channels(except DD Direct) or given offers .. It is really disappointing.....
