Tata sky's stb without tata sky!

Hi I want to know where can i get the tata's stb manual and specification. Mine is humax, I have checked the site of Humax. Its model number is t32, But user manual is not available there? If you have any idea where can i get this then pls leave the word😕

The following info was given by a TS executive from Bangalore in my telecon.

Thomson STBs are manufactured in Pune; even TS has no hardware or maintenance manual; TS service engineers are trained only to change the stb and not repair it.

Thomson web site has no information on this model.

Don't know about hardware specifications etc. etc.
