Tata Sky On Laptop Through TV Tuner Card?

Is it possible? I have a gadmie TV Tuner Card and I want to connect Tata Sky to my laptop using that tv tuner card. How to do it & which all wires will be needed?

What i understand is your TV Tuner Card is supplied with software CD. Install the software and connect Tata Sky STB along with the AV Cable supplied with the TV Tuner.
AV Cable will be Reb, White & Yellow.
