Awesome customer service from Tata Sky. Not able to install a STB too now. They should reduce their prices now that they provide the same - or worse - customer service as compared to the other operators.
I actually had a good experience. I picked up the box yesterday night around 9pm, and the technician was at my house at 10am today to activate. On the other hand, my brother had to wait 10 days for a simple address change for DishTV in delhi.
@ckr97 - He didnt do anything. I had already replaced the normal STB with HD STB. Still the CC refused to activate until the engineer visited. they said only the tech team have access to activation.
