Tata Sky DTH: Retention scheme-100% bonus

I was a Tata Sky subscriber till I switched to Airtel in December..Today i received an SMS from TS that If I recharge by Rs500 or more I would be getting 100% bonus. I called the Customer care helpline to confirm. They said this is a Retention offer and I'll get the extra value within 48 hours..

I dont receive any such message, my Tata Sky is also inactive for a long now.

This retention scheme is true. This is a good offer for those customers who choose to stay with Tata Sky.

till now i havent received any offers from TS as when i bought TS they gave me three days free viewing of all channels i think thats the only offer i got😢
