Tata Sky Customer Care Number is NOT a Toll-Free

The number 1-800-1806633 is a toll free number. It is given at this link: Direct to Home (DTH) Satellite Television Services . Also, it works pretty fine.

Toll free works fine.. but disconnects after 5 mins.. tried and tested both from mobile and landline.. so if it's a short conversation then use toll free wisely.. otherwise as soon as u connect ask them to call back!😗

If you guys wanna have long conversation with Tata Sky, then do just a simple thing. Login to your TS my account page. Click Raise a Query and leave a message there. and Get a call from the Customer care within one day. Yes this is not an immediate way to communicate things to TS. But it is worth.

just asked the Tata Sky person... he said the number 1860xxxxxxx is a toll free number and customer care of maharashtra is located in pune

As far as I know only 1-800, 1-855, 1-866 and 1-877 numbers are toll free. Rest numbers are just similar to common customer care numbers that charges the callers with local call rates.
