Tata is laying down fiber in Sector 31 Gurgaon

i don't! I asked the guy the name of the company and he just said Tata. No other information. Tata does not have any other remaining branch of telecom left right? One that deals with internet services except for Tata Sky Broadband?

Tata gives out leased lines as well. So it maybe Tata Sky Broadband but there is also the possibility that some local ISP is leasing it for further redistribution.
