Tata Indicom WimaX severe network traffic congestion

I have a 384kbps UL Tataindicom wimax connection, but I have been experiencing slow speeds since the renewal. Slow speeds exist till 3-4 am and then I get my allotted speed till 7-8am. The speeds I get during the day is around 150kbps(According to speakeasy speed test). This is mainly due to network congestion. What can I do with this problem. Is anyone else experience slow speed with their wimax connection. If tata does not do a thing, this problem will continue forever. For all those wanting a connection from tata, do not renew/subscribe to speeds greater than 256kbps. It is just a loss of your money.150kbps is the best they can give me now for my 384.
