tata indicom: Speed not increasing in night

hey all ..m facing very f** problem ...from yesterday ...my speed is not boosting t 1.5 mbps .:notallowed:..m using flash 256 kbps ....and night also ..m getting 256 speed...i hav asked customer care....as always " v have register your comlaint ..v 'll revert u shortly " any1 else facing this problem ???
