Tata Indicom Plug 2 Surf = Does not work in Juhu Mumbai

Hi Friends,I have a strange problem to disucss. Whenever I visit a friend of mine In Juhu, Mumbai and try to use my more than a year old TATA Indicom Plug 2 Surf modem I hardly get the speed I generally get in Pune or other cities. The download speeds that I generally get in Juhu is only 3-6 kbps. While the same is 15-17 kbps in other cities. Any ideas as to why? Thanks

I stay near the Sun & Sand Hotel along the Juhu beach at a friend's place and there I experiece horrible download speeds of 2-3 kbps despite having a fully updated anti-virus packages and that too legally paid for by the company I work for. Any idea as to why this happens?

What is Tata Indicom's e-mail id for customer service, any phone numbers or helpline as well? Thanks

This is what happens when I try to connect the internet in Juhu, Mumbai using Fedora Linux. As you can see it just disconnects for no apparent reason. This works well in other cities such as Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune, but not in Juhu. Thanks you Tata for cheating me and taking my money away for no fault of mine.
