Hye!For all Tata customers based in Mumbai: how's their connection? Does it keep getting disconnected a lot of times? Hows their Customer service?Anyone here from Borivali east area? What do you think of tatas' services?
I have opted for TATA here in navi mumbai .. Their bandwith is great , latency is good , no downtime yet ( just used 5 days though 😛 ) and their 2 mbps plans are well worth the rate . Customer support is good but they dont have a tollfree line unless you haev tata indicom mobile .
