This is complaint..Its been a month since I started using TATAT DOCOMO postpaid connection with rs 350 plan, which promises me 1GB 3G internet + 2G unlimited internet. But as soon I took the connection I realised that TATA DOCOMO internet connets once, stays on for 30 minutes and after that disconnects. It doesnt connect back for the entire day(How many ever times you try). The next day I either have to switch off/on or Remove/Reinsert my SIM to connect the internet back again. I have raised several complaints with Tata Docmo Customer Care regarding this. so Keep turning off/on the data to reconnect back and occasionally try switch off/on also". I am tired of turning off/on my data connection on my Samsung Galaxy Mobile. My question is when TATA DOCOMO can't provide the service promised, why should I pay their postpaid bill? I feel cheated by this geasture of TATA DOCOMO. Please provide me valuable suggestion to file a Consumer Complaint regarding the same.
