Tata Docomo Network Busy

When I try to connect to internet via Nokia Suite, it says "network busy" . I keep on trying and just get success once in 20-25 times. Please suggest me a possible solution. I called customer care got all of them busy 😏 One time i got connected to customer care and he said servers are down... I mailed them but no significant solution to problem..

Can anybody here help me ??
