Which 3G Plan are you using? Don't expect 3G speed by recharging your number for 48/95 INR.

any confirmation on when vodafone is launching 3g?also @iChaitanya check out the other forum...docomo has reduced its rates and as per my prediction will drop them further..this has always been their tactic if u ask me

YEs They have Reduce 50% rate in Mobile DATA Plan...... But no Speed ..... you will feel like GPRS Server not EDGE..,,,, Horrible. Service

Very Werst Case i have SubScribe TATA DOCOMO 3G TV @ 99 /M and When i open TV They are Said ITS Ban AS PER DoT now Tell Me who is Going Give ke Money Back Hope Lesss TATA DOCOMO
 
Tata Docomo 3G speed is nowhere as advertised. I cannot judge and verify video call quality but data is not more than 384 kbps in South Gujarat. It will still take a month to get better. 3G BTS are seperate and very few. Edge transponders are not WCDMA or HSDPA compatible. New 3G tower installs will take some time. Moreover, due to lesser 3G bts signal strength is also low.
 
not hearing good abt tata 3g let vodafone and airtel launch the speeds will be good and good offers for customers will be there
 
i like there adds but the service is bad....I used to have a tata walky around 2 - 3 years back......TATA gave me a good run around for the refund and even did not give me the complete amount....

Surely very soon they will be Docomo....
 
i am trying docomo 3g from 1 month now..and max speed i got is 1.3 mbps...whereas on bsnl 3g i get about 3.5 mbps...they have capped the speed...:notallowed:
 
haha. what do you expect. and in any case when the bandwidth is limited, 1.3 mbps is still pretty useful.
 
^agree,,though i never said it as useless...but if bsnl is providing 3.5 mbps ,this private players must provide atleast same as that.1.3 mbps tht too not constant aint nice for 3g.
 
there are a couple of factors here. firstly. bsnl seems to be on a suicide mission. 😀 secondly. private players are just arriving in the market. just establishing their networks. bsnl has been here for a while now. also... since there are no set standards for 3G service quality (i believe), no one is stopping them from artificially limiting the speeds on their networks. though it makes little sense why they would bother to limit speeds considering they are charging per MB/KB of data.
