Tata Broadband: Does one get really 2mbps (esp in the night unlimited)

Its said "speed of upto 2mbps", so does one really get 2mbps

i.e,256KB/s (or atleast close to like 250 KB/s) or this just

one of those frauds.🙁

Always 230-240 KB/s when dloading 2-3 healthy torrents . Http dloads can go till 140-200 KB/s depending on source ..
 
Same here ..... when I have a good connection .... I get speeds upto 230 KBPS!🙂
 
I am having packet drops today for a change . Browsing is fast but there "request time out's "
 
I get 1.8mbps stable speeds all night(Torrents & Distros)............the rest is lost due to Line conditions and my distance from My exchange.
I guess if I lived closer or my line was better,I would get the 2048kbps as promised.
 
am waiting for those speeds hopefully from 1st september...
 

For me RS speeds are slow with most of their servers. Max i get is 115KBPS..
 
Praks .. I can check the speeds from Premium account .....but u will have to give me the username and password for it ...... 😉😛
 
Yes I do get 2mbps speed all the time. From RS, as I don' have premium account hence I cannot check the actual speed. RS speeds are very low only 60-70KBps most of the time.
 
well i usually get avg speeds between 230-240...but when there are multiple torrents with good sources the avg speed does reach 250-252...

Hmmm, I have used this connection for a week, and I usually get speeds above 200 on torrents, max speed has not been more than 220.
