Here's an update from my side Today morning my husband mailed them asking about the progress of the Plan change requested. By evening, he got a call from a guy in the billing department saying that they will implement our new plan (infinity 256) from Jan 25....so no need of going to their office and filling forms

^^ Good!i thinkthat means you'll be getting the bill for Feb for the new plan.(bill date will be jan 25th)The new speeds will take effect from 1st Feb.

Someone please help me on my new doubt ...I will be billed for my 2GB plan for the period of Dec 16 to Jan 15...ok...my new plan gets underway from Jan 25.....ok....But how will i be billed for that period - Jan 16 to Jan 24 ..the usage for this period

then does that mean my Unlimited starts from Jan 16??? if so, then why did they specifically say our New Plan starts from Jan 25 ..now again i am confused

If ur account status is showing the updated plan in the my plan area than it means ur new plan in activated now.

Right now on New Infinity 256 ...today morning when I logged into my account and checked 'My tariff Plan' it showed New Infinity 256. I called them up and they confirmed that they have changed from the 2GB plan to Unlimited from today.Later on I saw in my account - No. of free static ips : 1.....now where do I get it? By the way, whats the use of Static ips Sorry Vince, for taking your thread elsewhere
