I bought Tata photon 3g at Kochi.. And had a few months of slow but free internet as they boasted!!
Inspite of frequent calling and requests to discontinue the service, and receiving different answers from customers, they had gifted me with a BIG unwanted bill and now legal followups.
Please make sure, you send any of your complaints by email, so that you can fight ahead , asking for why these unwanted bills were generated even after repeated requests to discontinue their services.
Also their concept of 3G really does not work. The stick bought at Kochi, works slow here, but completely fizzes out at Mumbai.. I could hardly download emails and it was too slow.......
