Syrotech 1110 WDONT laser device info - Packet Loss issue

Hi
Any one can help me to understand Laser Device information
In below table, TX and RX power values are given, along with Bias current,
What is the range of Tx Power and Rx power,
I am facing frequent loss of packets when I run PING to Google.com , 2 to 8 % loss , some times it goes even worst,
This is influencing Microsoft Teams, kind of online meetings.

Bias Current	12.800000 mA

I tried this link but unable to understand concept.. decreese in number gives better performance or increase in RX number

Change the firewall setting to minimum and NAT type to NAT 1 and disable ALG. Check the MTU on the profile and choose an optimum value so that packets need not be split.

Issue resolved :
RX Power Before

Rx Power

-26.200521 dBm

From Network provider side they did some power change,

Rx Power After

Rx Power

-20.409586 dBm

Now no issue from past 1 week,
all well
