Symantec: Vista is going to be less secure than totally updated Windows XP installation
Makers of security applications Symantec have said in a statement that they believe that Vista would be less secure than a totally updated Windows XP installation.

I have a hard time believing Symantec.
 
Apparently they commented looking at the current state of beta 2 and rather not about the final vista.
 
Symantec has been pissed off by news that MS will be providing their Liveone care (?) at rates lesser than Symantec products. I guess this is their lowly attempt at getting back.
 
maybe they just want people to buy their upcoming norton 360 for the Vista platform. 🙂
 
Symantec knows how to make a stupid antivirus which takes hell more resources than any virus ever made .

Yes, exactly. 😀 Got to hand it to MS. They're doing what lakhs of suffering Symantec customers couldn't...make Symantec pee their pants .
