Suspicious ISP identifier (BSNL Subscriber)

I am a BSNL Broadband subscriber and I have a very peculiar query. I've been noticing that services like Speedtest(dot)net and IP trackers identify my ISP as "Mukesh Enterprises", while they used to previously identify it as "BSNL".

It must've been few months ago when I first stumbled upon this anomaly.

I haven't messed with my Modem/Router's config settings in a long time and my connection works as it should. No problems there.

But it still is slightly disconcerting that my ISP is being incorrectly identified.

Any clues as to what this could mean?

is this fiber or regular dsl connection?
 
Its normal. They have been getting these ip's under different names.. probably under the name of lco for ftth... I do get different names like sneh agencies or Gupta electrical mobile division🤣
