Last saturday 22.05.10 broadband service went down. I confirmed from the exchange on monday and they said the service will be back soon and it was. From then on I am having serious surfing problem. I am not able to surf yahoo, gmail, msn. After hitting retry again many times, these sites sometimes does get open but sometimes only text is displayed. Most of other websites too does not open. I made complaint with bsnl and you all may assume what happened. An untrained illiterate type of person (assume as a "technician") called to whom i explained the problem. This "...." said that you get your computer checked as our duty is to provide connectivity. 😡 You .... provides this type of connectivity? I explained him in detail and he said ok we'll look at it. Another day a "..." came and done his pinging, etc. and not so easily but accepted that this may be due to server problem.
Is anybody facing similar problem? Can anyone turn on his flash light on this?:huh:
