Sun HD Set Top Box Not available in Maharashtra.

I have been trying to get a new Sun HDTV connection in Navi Mumbai for the last 2 months. The call centres (Tel Nos provided on their website) just keep talking nonsense and waste customer's money and time. The Distributors and Dealers (also provided on their website) are even worse. They do not even know when HD Set Top Boxes will be available.I have a Tata Sky Plus connection presently but want to replace it with Sun HDTV because Tata Sky has cut down on Malayalam Channels.Does anyone know what is the problem regarding unavailablity of Sun HD Set Top Box ?The web site of Sun HD is very attractive but useless in service.Even the online booking service provided therein does not care to acknowledge the time and effort put in by customers for online booking.

Try videocon d2h. The service is fantastic in mumbai. I have applied around 2.30PM and the device was installed around 5pm. What a fast service.
