Anyone here plz tell me what is the procedure to surrender my Sun DIrect DTh Connection as i am planning to go with videcon d2h, and to whom i have to surrender the STB and Dish.. as usual their customer care is not helping me..

This is what I did..Neither the cc nor the dealer was helpfull to reply even at the time of their tranponder issues with insat4b. My efforts to connect to the dealer also failed miserably. After much trials I just stopped recharging my account and went for local cable service. 2 calls I received later with intervals of months in between about surrendering atleast their smart card. I ignored them. All equipments still with me. Happy with cable service....
