As the title says,I want an MTNL Broadband Plan in Delhi below Rs 1000 which is best suited for downloaders.
I saw the Freedom 800 plan thread but people are saying on not getting 2Mbps at night.
Please suggest the plan I should take in North-West Delhi near Rani Bagh.

Freedom 800 is bestYou get around 1.7 mbps for 16 and half hour out of 24 hours daily with little effort.
