Suggest a plan for BSNL ULD in noida

Are you staying on rent? If so, you can use the lease deed as proof of residence.

Actually purchasing new house...so deal is going on....do not have purchase deed. Wont they accept my passport of different address

Ah, right. I'd gotten my connection too within a few days of moving into a new place. I'll ask my dad what he'd used for proof of residence.
