Coz Jio doesn't offer ussd at all.
Feature of 2G n 3G network only.
 
USSD is just the name of a service. Can be simulated over 4G too. Just the way we simulated voice using VoLTE and SMS using IMS, USSD over LTE can be facilitated using SIP protocol present in the IMS stack of the phone. So no need to even have an active data pack.

What exactly is USSD for mobile and payment services?
Are those like special chargable numbers for mobile banking? Or like those 1860 numbers?
