Download goodbyedpi-0.1.6.zip from here
Extract to folder and run 4_fakepacket_all.cmd
Then try accessing any blocked website.
Magic?
PS: Your site visits might still be logged via this method or at least ISP can know which IP address you visited. For best security, use any dirt cheap VPN service. Most come with browser plugin to enable and disable momentarily.
