as you know win xp limits max connection by your comp to 10 soooo..........

slow p2p clients ,slow downloads etc etc

there is no reg entry to fix this 🙁

only thing to do is a patch.... [unsafe but effective i have tried it it wrks fine for me]

how to make it wrk
run win xp in safe mode

run xp in safe mode [[steps]]

start->run->msconfig->boot.ini-> tick /safemode option click ok

restart

run patch in safe mode

you are done
now 50 connections will be made total

i tried the patch ages back .... didnt affect my torrents though 😕
 
Is this true? I'm a lame user.. So can someone brief me abt the risk involved?Like will my system be subjected to some kind of data phishing? Will hackers be able to hack my sys?Risk of Adware? Trojans? PS: Sorry for being such a beginner!
